John met Chinese artist Kun Jiang at an event held to celebrate both the 100th anniversary of the Xinhai Revolution and Chinese culture. Kun Jiang autographed John’s personal copy of paintings by him and another Chinese artist, Jin Zuo. The Centennial Anniversary of Xinhai Revolution and Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy Exhibition was organized by the Association of Chinese Cultural Promotion (Canada).

This funding is a big boost for RCSS as they continue their important work of enriching the cultural life of Richmond and educating residents on healthy living.

Established in 1879, the Cadet Corps is one of the oldest national youth organizations in Canada.
